Roswyn, A Morgans Originals Hotel, has arrived in Mumbai, Ennismore‘s first Indian property, and a long-anticipated debut in one of the world’s most competitive luxury markets. Developed under the Morgans Originals collection, part of the global lifestyle hospitality collective Ennismore, the property features 109 suites designed to blend living, working and rejuvenation, located near Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport with direct access to the T2 CSMIA Metro Station on the Aqua Line.

The hotel’s dining and wellness offer is anchored by three distinct venues that frame Roswyn as a cultural destination rather than a conventional hotel stay. Fi’lia, the Michelin-recognised Italian restaurant, arrives as the region’s first female-led restaurant, with a menu rooted in heritage recipes passed from grandmother to mother to daughter. Black Lacquer delivers the after-dark counterpoint, spinning vinyls, cocktails, and late-night energy. Blu Xone, the property’s wellness offer, is positioned as India’s first longevity-focused wellness spa.

The operational structure reflects clear ambition. In February, Rajiv Kapoor, who led the launch of Fairmont Mumbai in April 2025, was appointed General Manager across both Fairmont Mumbai and Roswyn. In March, Annam Lubana joined as Hotel Manager ahead of the Mumbai debut.
Speaking to Skift following the soft opening, Ennismore group CEO Gaurav Bhushan confirmed that India is now a strategic priority for the group, with a Hoxton in Bengaluru expected toward late 2026 or early 2027 and further Indian properties in active development. As the inaugural Indian property for Ennismore, and a foundational opening for the next chapter of Morgans Originals, Roswyn signals the beginning of a broader hospitality vision, one that promises to introduce a distinctive new presence within Mumbai’s luxury hotel landscape.
