Mary Lou’s Miami Opens at W South Beach

Mary Lou’s has officially opened its Miami outpost at W South Beach, marking a major milestone in the brand’s expansion. The project brings together co-founders Joe Cervasio, Topher Grubb and Alex Melillo with Jamie Reuben of Reuben Brothers, transforming the legendary Wall Lounge into a design-led supper club and entertainment destination.

Inspired by the success of Mary Lou’s Palm Beach, the Miami venue introduces a richly layered interior concept. Custom murals, velvet banquettes, leopard motifs and a striking peacock-feather ceiling create an immersive environment where atmosphere and storytelling take centre stage. The design reflects a broader shift in hospitality towards experiential, narrative-driven spaces rather than trend-led interiors.

The Miami opening also introduces two firsts for the brand. Mary Lou’s Society launches as a private members club, offering priority access, preferred reservations and curated perks, while Mary Lou’s Beach extends the experience to the shoreline with a members-only beach takeover featuring branded loungers, full service and elevated food and beverage.

With this opening, Mary Lou’s continues its expansion across Florida, positioning the Miami outpost as a new cultural anchor for Miami Beach nightlife and design-led hospitality, while honouring the legacy of one of the city’s most storied venues.
