In the heart of Mayfair’s Bruton Place, SILVA emerges as a refined yet refreshingly relaxed dining destination, a space that feels both rooted in nature and distinctly London. Inspired by the rhythms of the seasons, SILVA blends Mediterranean-inspired cuisine with thoughtful design, creating an atmosphere that evolves effortlessly from day to night.

Designed by London-based studio Atelier Wren, the interiors mirror the natural world, fluid, textural, and ever-changing. Organic forms, an earthy palette, and curved banquettes create a sense of ease, while the lighting subtly transforms the mood, bright and airy by day, low-lit and intimate by evening. Every detail is curated with intention, from the gentle tactility of the materials to the soft, golden ambience that warms the room after dusk.

SILVA’s autumn menu celebrates craftsmanship and seasonality in equal measure. The menu opens with refined small plates such as Cornish crab raviolo with langoustine sauce and crispy fried egg with girolles and parmesan, before moving into heartier seasonal dishes, venison loin glazed with root vegetables and blackcurrant jus, lamb cutlets with braised belly and burnt aubergine purée, and steamed halibut with caviar and vermouth sauce. Each plate tells a story of balance and creativity, elevated by the kitchen’s commitment to quality and sustainability.

Complementing the cuisine, SILVA’s cocktail bar offers classic craftsmanship with a modern twist, an elegant space for aperitifs, nightcaps, or long, lingering conversations. For private occasions, the restaurant’s intimate dining room, framed by lush greenery and bespoke botanical details, provides an elevated backdrop for celebrations.

SILVA is more than a restaurant, it’s a reflection of modern Mayfair, sophisticated yet soulful, grounded in craftsmanship, and attuned to the beauty of change.
