Five Unique Dining Concepts Unveiled at The Chancery Rosewood

London’s culinary landscape reaches new heights this week with the launch of five distinct concepts at The Chancery Rosewood. From Serra’s Mediterranean-inspired menu by Chef Alex Povall, to Jacqueline, a patisserie and tearoom from Executive Pastry Chef Marius Dufay, each space reflects a dedication to artistry, innovation, and exceptional flavour. The line-up continues with the London debut of Japanese chef Masayoshi ‘Masa’ Takayama at Tobi Masa, where purity and precision define every dish, and Eagle Bar, a rooftop destination serving cocktails by Liana Oster alongside a vinyl-first music programme.

Completing the portfolio, GSQ brings a neighbourhood-style café and delicatessen to Mayfair, offering coffee, pastries, and seasonal plates in a more relaxed setting. Together, the five venues form a new gastronomic ecosystem, cementing The Chancery Rosewood as one of the most exciting culinary destinations in London today.
