Set on Miami’s riverfront, the building rises with quiet confidence, blending five-star hotel indulgence with a deeply bespoke approach to residential living. Every surface, curve, and contour has been considered, not just aesthetically, but sensorially. The result is a space that doesn’t shout for attention, it holds it.
This is one of Viñoly’s final masterpieces, and it shows. There’s a poetic clarity to his architectural language here, grand, yet gracious; sculptural, yet soft. His vision intertwines seamlessly with Faena’s signature ethos, one of art, storytelling, sensuality and soul.
The interiors, designed by Bryan O’Sullivan Studio, are richly layered with nuance. A palette of textures, tones and timeless motifs plays out across sculptural lobbies, intimate lounges, and wellness spaces that feel more sanctuary than amenity. It’s luxury redefined, emotional, human, elevating.
