One year ago, CATCH Miami Beach opened its doors, ushering in a new chapter for the renowned Catch Hospitality Group. Entrusted once again with translating the brand’s distinctive energy into physical form, Rockwell Group brought their celebrated vision to the shores of South Beach. Following their work on CATCH locations in Las Vegas, New York City, Los Angeles, and Aspen, the team were tasked with reimagining the flagship’s narrative, one rooted in heritage, layered detail, and vibrant surroundings.

Set within the lush, balmy backdrop of South Beach, the interiors pay homage to the area’s 1920s legacy as a luxurious tropical getaway. Rockwell Group’s design embraces a modern interpretation of Floridian “Mediterranean Deco,” balancing bold materials with a romantic softness. Bronze, antique mirrors, dramatic lighting, venetian plaster, and richly contrasting woods are brought together in a space that feels both cinematic and intimate, echoing the glamour and charm of the neighbourhood it calls home.

More than a restaurant, CATCH Miami Beach is a visual and atmospheric journey, thoughtfully designed, emotionally resonant, and wholly immersive. Rockwell Group’s ability to layer materials and mood results in an environment that feels timeless yet daring, grounded in storytelling while unapologetically decadent. It is a space that invites curiosity, celebration, and connection, one that has already cemented its place as a mainstay in Miami’s luxury hospitality scene.
The interiors were beautifully captured by photographer Michael Stavaridis, whose lens brought the moody richness of the design to life. His photography, textured and luminous, mirrors the energy of the space and offers an evocative glimpse into its soul.
