Dorchester Collection has announced the appointment of Philippe Leboeuf as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective June 2025. Leboeuf, a highly respected leader in luxury hospitality, will transition from his role as Managing Director of Raffles London, where he oversaw the hotel’s launch.

With an impressive career spanning Claridge’s, Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, Mandarin Oriental, and Concorde Hotels, Leboeuf’s leadership signals a new chapter for Dorchester Collection, a brand synonymous with heritage, craftsmanship, and world-class service.
