The forthcoming Casa Cipriani Miami will feature a 40-key all-suites hotel, a private members’ club, and 23 exquisitely designed ultra-luxury residences. Prices are expected to begin at approximately $25 million, with sales anticipated to launch later this year, followed by ground-breaking shortly thereafter. Rooted in timeless Italian heritage, Casa Cipriani is led by the Cipriani family, whose legacy began with the famed Harry’s Bar in Venice, established in 1931. Now a national landmark, the bar laid the foundations for what has become one of the world’s most refined hospitality offerings.
This Miami expansion marks a collaboration between Miami-based 13th Floor Investments, New York-based Midtown Equities, and the Cipriani family, an alliance that previously delivered the acclaimed Casa Cipriani New York. In addition to this new launch, the Cipriani name continues to expand its footprint across South Florida, with developments including Cipriani Residences Miami, Mr. C Residences, and Mr. C Hotel in Coconut Grove, and the forthcoming Mr. C Hotel & Residences in West Palm Beach.
